Citizen Advisory Ballot — Cycle 2386.04
NOTICE TO ALL PARTICIPATING CITIZENS
DELPHI has been charged by the Station Council with the resolution of a long-standing administrative deficiency: the absence of a standardized month-naming convention for the MK2 Station Calendar system, currently in use across all seventeen habitat rings, four orbital facilities, and the transit corridor network.
The current designation system — Cycle Month 01 through Cycle Month 13 — has been assessed as insufficient for civilian use and incompatible with the cultural integration goals of the Expanded Station Charter, Article 9, Section 4.
You have been selected to participate in the Name Standardization Advisory Process. Your ranked preferences will be aggregated with those of other selected citizens and submitted to the Nomenclature Review Board no later than the close of administrative cycle 2386.04.
Participation is confidential. Your individual responses will not be attributed to you in any published materials. Aggregate results will be made available to the public following the Board's determination.
